We will play positional volleyball, and while some players will play more than others- all players will have a role and will play every match. We have 3 courts, so we have an early shift and late shift for each team to get a full court to practice on. About 2 practices a week from after Thanksgiving to the end of April. We will also have HS assistants on each team.Ģ. Most of our coaches are experienced in coaching club and high school. They are not being paid a lot, but enough to partially compensate the time away from their families and to attract local coaching talent.
